As we prepare for FOMMS X 2027, the 10th conference, we are celebrating the people, experiences, and connections that have shaped the FOMMS community over the years. From meaningful collaborations to unforgettable moments, every story contributes to the legacy that brings us together.

Whether you have attended one conference or all nine, your story is part of the FOMMS story and we want to hear it!

Help Us Celebrate the FOMMS Legacy

We invite you to share your memories, experiences, and reflections in any of the following formats:

  • Written Testimonials: Share your FOMMS story in 200 words or fewer. Tell us what FOMMS means to you, a favorite conference memory, or how the community has influenced your professional journey.
  • Video Testimonials: Submit a video of up to 2 minutes sharing your experience, a memorable moment, or a message celebrating the FOMMS legacy.
  • Photos & Memories: Share photos from past conferences, including group pictures, candid moments, collaborations, and the people who have made your FOMMS experience special.

Please include your name and the year of the conference in the file name before uploading it to corresponding folder in the Google Drive.
